Individual therapy
Life
is too short to spend it unhappy.
I can help
you overcome problems like these:
• Depression
• Social
anxiety
•
Performance anxiety
• Panic
disorders
• Personal
growth issues
• Managing
stress and many others
Individual
therapy treatment plan is based on cognitive-behavioral, solution focused,
psychodynamic, and existential theories. You will be assessed and individual
treatment plan will be formulated to address your needs. Treatment may be
improved with a combination of one or more of the following, couples therapy or
group therapy.
You have an
option of face to face, online and telephone counseling
Couples therapy
You may be
able to save your relationship.
If both of
you are motivated and willing to work hard, you can reawaken the love, caring,
and romance that you and your partner once enjoyed. I can help you to:
• Recover
from infidelity and adultery
• Rebuild
trust
• Deal with
jealousy
• Explore
premarital issues
• Build your
own self-confidence and self-esteem
• Decide
whether to leave
• Decide
whether to reconcile
• Build your
communication skills
The Couple
therapy program
is for those who want professional help for building a healthy
relationship.
During
therapy I will help you to identify and explore the patterns of belief and
behaviors in roles and relationships which seem to have become set over time,
and to enable you to decide where change would be desirable and to facilitate
the process of establishing new and more fulfilling patterns.
It can be
used to gain more insight into each other, to learn new and more effective ways
of communication, and to learn how to solve problems. Partners
who make a real relationship work have certain skills. They know and practice
core interpersonal skills, which allows them to form a relationship that can
endure, deepen, and grow.
I, whilst
often actively intervening in client systems, strive to maintain a non-blaming
and neutral position, respecting differences of culture, race, gender, sexual
orientation etc. Therapy is often relatively short-term.

Psychological
assessment focuses on assessing the normal and abnormal nature of a person's
overall functioning. The specific nature of these evaluations varies depending
on the issues to be addressed, but they involve at least the following
components:
·
clinical
interview
·
mental status
examination
·
psychological
tests
These
evaluations can be brief, with the psychological testing limited to one or two
short questionnaires which focus on specific concerns, or they can be long,
comprehensive evaluations consisting of lengthy objective and projective
measures of personality.
